Herbal Tea Blending & Storing: Harnessing Nature’s Power for Everyday Wellness 

Creating your own herbal tea blends is a beautiful way to stay connected to nature throughout the different cycles and seasons of the year. In this workshop, we’ll cover the essentials of harvesting, drying, and storing herbs to preserve their potency for long-term use. Using dried herbs from Fig Leaf Gardens—plants that were seeded, planted, and dried especially for this workshop—we’ll explore common, low-risk herbs and their healing properties. Participants will craft their own personalized tea blends to take home, along with the knowledge to incorporate these plants into their daily routine for greater health and vitality, as well as connection and belonging to the earth.
